5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Location is perfect. Close to the train station, supermarkets, restaurants, bars. Everything you need. Street noise issues exist but are minor and occasional. It's not something to worry about, unless you have zero tolerance.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
It can take a few days for things to get fixed, but it's reasonable since the building has lots of flats. I never had any major structural problems, and maintenance has always fixed everything I needed.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Flats vary too much in size and structure. Most of them are now renewed, but there are still many older ones. I would recommend double-checking whether there are any new flats available, as they tend to be much better than older ones, with a reasonable price difference.

Great location in city centre, next door to the curve, and close to shops and restaurants. Car park availability in city centre is a big plus point.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
When I have had any issues the property management have been easy to contact and responsive to fix any issues through the week.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Only thing missing from this development is a lift. I guess I have gotten fitter walking the stairs though.

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Shops are easily available. City center and transportation are close by. I love the quietness during the day as it is a less busy part of town.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Very quickly and effectively. I had a problem with mh window and toilet seat and it was resolved very quickly
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
That parking would get full so quick and getting a spot would be difficult

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Queen street quarter is located in the heart of the city centre but out of the part where there are people causing problems. It's very safe with a security being present at all times and having a gate gives my family a sense of security. The only thing that can bother people is the noise coming from Athena however the noise doesnt last long and I think hearing people is a good thing knowing you are not living in an isolated lonely place.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They always answer so promptly and helpful. I like that they always try to do to improve something in the building.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I knew my flat wasn't going to get much natural sunlight as I didnt notice when I viewed the flat but that's alright.

Great location in the city centre, close to supermarket and train station. Quiet location but everything easily accessible
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Very helpful and responsive, only been living here for a month but have always helped with all enquiries.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Good community of people living there, everyone is friendly.
