    Living in leith offers a variety of different local spots. There is a wide range of independent shops and cafes to restaurants and bars. The tram stop at ocean terminal is a 5 minute walk from Dockside, it’s great for getting around with links to both the city centre as well as the airport.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    The team here always respond to issues raised in a timely manner. The dockside app is a great way of raising issues which the team are always happy to sort out.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    None! The team made sure I was aware of what the building and the area had to offer before moving in.

    Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

    Loads of local independent coffee shops and restaurants within 5 minutes of walking from Dockside. Where the apartments are located it’s got a lot of open space around, you’re literally on the water so sea views for miles! It’s a really quiet area and the buildings well sound proofed. No issues with bins being collected so no smelly stores.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    Team are fast to get back and there’s someone in the desk 8-8 so can always pop down to speak to them.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    Not really, staff answered all questions at every stage. Kept me informed with application process and then move in so on. Lots of helpful guides on the app as well.

    Excellent choice of restaurants and cafes near by, lots of choice from casual to Michelin star dining. While it’s a vibrant area full of culture, it is quiet and peaceful at night.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    Any issues I’ve had have been addressed with urgency and attention and were solved quickly.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    I wish I knew they were pet friendly sooner! Everything has been better than expected.

    Love the location! Near Ocean Terminal, great transport links to the city centre and the airport, and very close to the Shore which is a lovely area with loads of restaurants and bars.

    Very helpful and quick with flat and amenities quesries.

    Loved the parcel storage room, wasn’t aware it was going to be so safe and easy for deliveries.

    Location is probably one of the best I got to live. Lots of great places to grab a coffee, drink or just walk around. Transport links are perfect too, everything at your doorstep quite literally. It is also very quiet and peaceful, yet everything you need is within a walking distance. Overall, very pleased!

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    Always super helpful with all the questions I had and very quick to respond too.

    It honestly exceeded all my expectations! I would highly recommend it to anyone
