As we pull up outside number 29 The Bowers, the first thing I noticed was the lovely green play park that sits directly in front of your home. This is ideal if you have young children, as they can wander outside the front door and play till their hearts are content and all this from the safety of your living room window. It's a nice quiet Cul-de-Sac, so no fast moving traffic too, which is always good when kids are playing.

If you have children, then there are some great Primary and Secondary Schools just yards away. The nearest hospital is approximately 2 miles away and the mainline train station is around 1 mile away, so pretty mush everything you need is within walking distance.

If you need a car, then there's a tarmac driveway for at least two cars, with an area of grass to the side that could be converted into more parking, if required. A wooden gate allows access to the rear garden, and a rather stylish front door opens to reveal the hallway.

Stepping inside, it's kept nice and light in here thanks to the four square glass windows in the front door. The staircase rising to the first floor is at the far end if the hallway, with three doors, the first to the handy cloakroom, the second to the lounge and the other one, to the converted garage.

All too often, in more modern homes particularly, the toilet seems to have re-appeared in the kitchen! Fortunately, not in this home, the toilet is located back in the hallway, just where it belongs. In here we have the contemporary pedestal wash hand basin and W.C., a radiator keeps the towels toasty and a wood effect floor makes for easy cleaning. A frosted window allows ample light in and keeps prying eyes out....not that it's that kind of area!

Walking into the lounge, this is quite capable of taking some large sofas as well as other free standing pieces of furniture. There's space on the wall for a huge flat screen TV, and a large window lets the flight flow in and also allows you to watch the little darlings play at the play park. This is a room where you can easily cosy down to have a great movie night with family or friends. A set of double doors open to the:-

Kitchen / breakfast / dining room. This is a large space that has been set up for entertaining. At one end of the kitchen, we have a place for the dining table and chairs, to entertain friends or family. A large set of patio doors open to the rear garden, almost making this area as Al-Fresco as you can get all year round.

Moving up, we come to the breakfast bar. Now, this offers a place to sit on your bar stool and read the paper while eating your toast and sipping on your coffee, before its time to leave for work.....you can tell I'm old, this doesn't happen anymore, but it should!! It's just a great place to socialise with chef too, you know, so they don't feel left out when all the fun is going on.

A lovely solid wooden worksurface runs down to the far wall and offers ample space for food preparation and also a home for some of those 21st Century gadgets that we've become so reliant on today. Stylish floor and wall mounted cupboards provide all the storage requirements that you'll need. This is a room where many people can gather, the room where it all happens when the party starts! I talk a lot about entertaining and parties, and you'll understand more soon.

The last room in the kitchen opens to reveal the very useful utility room. This is a space that no home can do without. There are two handy worksurfaces in here with cupboards fitted on the floor and walls, offering more storage space. There's a void for a large fridge / freezer, as well as plumbing for a washing machine and tumble dryer.

Throughout the kitchen and utility, light wood effect flooring adorns the floor and makes for easy cleaning, while helping to keep the rooms light.

Step outside through the double patio doors and into the West Facing garden, perfect for those sun worshipers, we come to what I'd say is, the icing on the cake! This home is really for those who love to entertain and party, as it was made for this. A large garden building has been erected and split into three sections.

The first is a shower and toilet area, ideal for what we are about to go to next.
The second is the Spa area, with the latest Hot Tub, for you and your friends to enjoy all year round, come rain, snow, sun, you won't care, it's warm in here all the time. Beyond the Hot Tub is a Sauna, spoilt is not the word, you have everything here, that most can only dream of!

The final room is the games / playroom. There was originally a bar in here, one can very easily be built. There was also a slate bed pool table, dartboard, and space invader.....who in their right mind would ever want to go out when you have it all, right here at home!!

If you don't have many friends now, wait until you move in, you'll be charging membership** before you know it! The area is totally fenced off and private and with the India Stone, is very low maintenance as far as gardens go!

** I'm only kidding about membership, that probably is against the law!

Back to the hallway and before we head upstairs, there was door number three, which we haven't looked inside yet.

This was the original garage, professionally converted years back, it now becomes a useful playroom, games room, office or bedroom five, if you needed one. It's ideal if you have an elderly relative who needs looking after as there is a downstairs cloakroom, and if you can get them to venture outside, they can use the shower room in the Spa area to freshen up. This room makes this home very versatile indeed.

Upstairs and we come to the landing, with doors leading to all of the accommodation, obviously.

The main bedroom is a generous double, capable of taking a huge bed, with some bespoke fitted wardrobes that save space. The floor is wood effect for easy cleaning, a large window allows views over the rear aspect and also lets the light in during the day and offers fabulous views of the night sky.

A very useful en-suite has a shower cubicle, pedestal wash hand basin, the obligatory W.C., and lets not forget the chromed heated towel rail. A frosted window lets the natural light penetrate in and stops anyone else from doing the same.

Bedroom two is a similar size to the main, just without the en-suite. The views look out over the front aspect, and you'll be glad to hear that on this housing estate, doesn't mean someone else's bedroom!

The next bedroom is number three and again, is only a few inches smaller than bedroom two and the main, in fact all the bedrooms are a decent size. Again with views out over the front, you're kids will be happy with any one of these rooms.

The smallest room is bedroom four, but it's not your typical box room, this is quite capable of fitting in a single bed quite comfortably as well as more free standing furniture, although you are limited on these items. It makes a great nursery or even a home office with views out over the front.

It's has four decent sized bedrooms, five beds if you want to count the games/play room downstairs, there's a separate lounge, a huge kitchen / breakfast / diner, a handy utility room and separate cloakroom, an en-suite to the main, and then outside we have a SPA area that includes a Sauna, a Hot Tub, a games room and BAR (provided you put the BAR in), all of this sitting on an Indian Stone patio, sat in a quiet residential Cul-de-Sac in Chroley.....so give Berry and George a call today, it'll be the best thing you do all day...unless you're a stuntman/woman, film star, racing driver etc, in which case, it'll be the 2nd best thing you do!
