    The street is gated with secure entry at each end of the street. The staff are available 247 no issue is to big or small.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    The managment have responded quickly to all issues i raise.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    Nothing everything was explained well by Reece and Zain.

    I originally enquired about a MODA site called The Mercian, but it was at full occupancy, so Loudon’s Yard was recommended instead. I’m happy with everything the communal spaces are warm and comfortable, and the free coffee is just another thing I love. We use the big screen for special occasions.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    I haven’t had any complaints, the enquiry’s I have made regarding car parking and decoration of my apartment were answered and resolved almost immediately,

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    I didn’t know there would be a car parking wait list.

    Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

    It’s a bit further out of the city centre which is nice but still has really good transport links. The closest supermarket is a Morrisons which isn’t my favourite but it will do. Edgebaston village is amazing and has my favourite pizza place. There is a bit of traffic noise which you kind of get used to and there are people who beg at the traffic lights on Hagley Road and quite a few car robberies.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    They have been a little slow and vague but it’s been sorted but it just wasn’t communicated very well.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    We would have chosen a different floor if we’d known who some of our neighbours would be. The dog owner and smoker need to learn some respect for the building. We also wish we had viewed this exact apartment as well so we knew what it would feel like as we were show Show apartments

    The area has handy shops and green spaces, good transport links, and the street is generally quiet with reliable bin collections and manageable parking.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    Building management has been very responsive. Any issues I raised were dealt with quickly, and Calvin in particular has been really helpful and professional throughout.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    I wish I had known more about the parking situation. Also I wish you had a stairmaster in the gym. Please please could we get one.
