It is here that we offer this spacious apartment directly on the beach. Located on the third floor of a lovely building with a concierge and elevator, the apartment features an entrance hall, a separate kitchen with a utility room, and a spacious living-dining room opening onto a large 13m² covered terrace with excellent views of the Puig de Missa church and Santa Eulalia beach. The hallway leads to the bathroom with a bathtub and the approximately 17m² bedroom, which also has access to the terrace. This apartment is ideal for year-round living or holidays, with the seafront promenade and beach right below. You can walk to do your shopping and other errands without needing a car.
