DIRECTIONS
From the A379 (Yealmpton) Plymouth to Kingsbridge road take the B3186 signposted for Newton Ferrers. On entering the village of Newton Ferrers, follow the road towards the centre, passing the tea shop on the right. Take the next right turn into Court Road and after approximately 0.5 miles Penns Cottage, 74 Court Road will be on the right hand side.
