They have not always been very responsive and could be better in finding solutions

I cannot change the furniture of my apartment and therefore cannot change the bedrooms

The local area is great and has a good mix of bars, restaurants, parks and shops. The location is close to the city centre so it’s very convenient.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The building management had always been happy to help and quick to deal with any queries.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I recommend having a look around the site before moving in to familiarise yourself with where facilities are. The post room, gym, lounges, roof terrace etc.

The area is quiet however is in a great location that links local life in Hyde Park with the city centre with both being in walking distance from the location.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They responded quick to any issues I have had whether that was in person or via email.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The heating situation of the room and how it long it can take to warm up the room.

Secure parking. Within 15 min walk to city centre. 7 min walk to hospital. Lots of food places and also a park nearby
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
My washing machine broke and they immediately replaced it. Also any issues with electrical tend to get sorted asap

They have regular events which is always very enjoyable

The location is good as it’s close to the city centre while it’s quiet for sleeping. But it’s inconvenient for asking visitor parking ad hoc

Mostly they are quite helpful and keen to help residents but sometimes they change the services without effectively asking residents opinions.

It’s been a while since I moved in but I’m not happy with the new parcel system.
