    Lots of good shops and restaurants nearby. right next to aldi. drawback is a lot of building works nearby

    very quickly via email and app. also available at front desk and are very friendly

    sound travels slightly from kitchen wall to bedroom. not awful but worth knowing

    Shops, bars, restaurants pretty close. Building is fairly close to city centre. No major issues with bins and community and etc

    Sometimes yes and sometimes no. In recent month they've been less helpful

    Everything is very nearby and convenient transport,NHS and restaurants and most importantly central mall.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    Yes, team at reception is wonderfull and address all the queries with patience.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    Very good place to live in for any new comer .Any information can be asked at reception and few important information is put on notice board.

    Great proximity to the city centre and lots of things in walking distance. Limited parking. Away from main road so very quiet.

    Yes. All have been quick with positive responses .....

    Unfortunately crime rates are on the rise in the area and over the last year there has been a large increase of successful/attempted break ins on resident’s cars when parked on street. The bike shed was recently broken into and someone was able to walk in to the reception and stole parcels that had been delivered on the day that reception is unmanned. Shops, bars and restaurants are within walking distance along with the city centre and the train station. Downsides are that there is limited on street parking and heavy traffic in the area.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    I have not personally raised any issues so can’t comment.

    Nothing comes to mind that I can comment on for this.
