Please note if you intend to claim Housing Element of Universal Credit or there are service charges of up to £238.52pcm that would not be covered by these benefits.

If you are accepted and do become a Platform Housing Group tenant, you will be offered a starter tenancy. If there have been no breaches or issues within the first year of your tenancy you will be considered for a lifetime affordable rent tenancy.

Please be aware / Universal Credit will only pay for the property you are living in, and you will need to give notice on your current tenancy. If you are a current private tenant, council tenant or a housing association tenant you will be required to give notice on your current home. This is usually 4 weeks or 1 months' notice. If you are a current tenant of Platform Housing Group, you will be required to give 4 weeks or 1 months' notice.
