    Fountainbridge is a lovely area to live in. Dundee Street is a bit loud as it is a main road but not much to be done about that. Local maintenance people are wonderful.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    They are responsive in answering tickets raised in the app and in person questions.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    How great the maintenance team are puts every other landlord to shame.

    Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

    It is a good area to live in. It’s super quiet in the night, there is a bus stop on both roads parallel to the McEwan, and theres supermarkets nearby in every direction.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    Darren Berry came very quickly to help repair our heating and they generally take around less than a week to come help.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    Misleading bank statements compared to prior to moving to after moving in

    Darren he worked in maintenance in Moda ecwan is very helpful and very fast and he came many times thank you

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    Sometimes good and other times they are not respond

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    Price of flats should be decreased and the gym need to some machines

    The local area is great, nice community to live in, with scotmid in 2 minutes’ walk and sainsbury’s in 5 minutes walk. There’s also an oriental supermarket nearby.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    I had some issues with electricity and the maintenance team sent Darren Berry to help rapidly, and he easily fixed the issue. He was very kind and offered valuable advice

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    I did know enough before moving in, the team offered a lot of information and helped setting up direct debit etc.

    Location is grate all in walking distances. Parking is available all around with The McEwan offering in house parking as well.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    I could not connect the apartment TV to the internet and Darren the in house technician came and immediately in a very friendly manner fixed it.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    The reservation is a process and it is better to start early to allow enough time to complete it.
