Description

Seller’s View

We’ve loved every moment living here. The neighbours are warm, polite, and quietly friendly — always a wave and a smile, never a disturbance. It’s a calm, safe area with a genuine sense of community that’s getting harder to find these days. Hall Farm Crescent is a peaceful, tucked-away road, and we’ve felt very lucky to call it home.
Just a six-minute walk away is our favourite local spot — Wyndham’s Lake — where we’ve spent countless slow mornings with coffee in hand, sitting by the water. A little further on, there’s a brilliant café that does the best breakfast in the area.

The house itself has been a haven — light-filled, comfortable, and easy to maintain. Our favourite feature? The French doors in the bedrooms. There’s nothing better than a morning coffee in bed, watching the birds in the garden. It’s the kind of detail that quietly makes everyday life feel special.

We’re only moving because we’ve simply outgrown the space — otherwise, we’d happily stay. Whoever moves in next will find a home where time feels slower, friendships come easily, and everyday life has a little more ease and warmth.

Jack Comments

There’s something immediately welcoming about Hall Farm Crescent — a peaceful, well-kept road made up mostly of bungalows, and this home fits in perfectly. It’s one of those places that’s clearly been loved and looked after, both inside and out.

From the moment you pull onto the wide driveway, you notice the generous frontage, the carport, the garage, and even a tucked-away workshop — ideal for hobbies, storage or a little creative space. Step inside, and the home feels bright, easy and well-proportioned.

The layout works really well. There’s a great-sized reception room at the front, perfect for entertaining or relaxing. The kitchen is spacious, modern, and well connected to the outside via the stable door. The bathroom has a smart, sleek finish and there’s also the bonus of a separate WC — something always handy in family homes.

What really stands out though are the two rear bedrooms, both with new French doors opening directly onto the garden — such a lovely touch. Imagine coffee in bed with the garden view, or popping straight out into the sunshine in the warmer months.

The rear garden is peaceful and private, and everything here — from the finish to the flow — has a calm, ready-to-move-in feel. It’s the kind of bungalow that feels just right the moment you walk in.

If you’re looking for a quiet spot in Yateley that still offers great space, style and practicality, this one is definitely worth a look.

Area View – Hall Farm Crescent, Yateley

Hall Farm Crescent is one of those tucked-away Yateley spots that people don’t stumble across by accident — and that’s part of its charm. A peaceful, residential road made up mostly of bungalows, it offers a quiet, settled feel while still being just minutes from the day-to-day essentials.

Yateley itself is a brilliant place to call home. It has a proper community atmosphere — friendly, down-to-earth, and full of familiar faces — with the added bonus of great independent cafés, local pubs, and open green spaces. You’re never far from a nice walk, especially with spots like Wyndham’s Pool, Yateley Common, and Horseshoe Lake right on your doorstep.

From a practical point of view, you’ve got schools, shops, and commuter routes all close by. The M3 is easy to reach, and you can be in Reading, Farnborough or Fleet in no time at all. If you’re heading into London, the train links from nearby stations like Blackwater or Fleet are really handy.

Hall Farm Crescent strikes a lovely balance — peaceful and residential, but still well-connected to everything you need. It’s easy to see why people stay in this pocket of Yateley for a long time.
