5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
There are plenty of supermarkets and shops around, which is really convenient. Transport is good too. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to the university, and if I take the bus, the stop is only a two- or three-minute walk from the building, with direct routes to campus. The soundproofing overall is fine, though sometimes I can hear the upstairs neighbours when they move chairs or furniture.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Super fast when I request maintenance. mt team is really helpful about any ticket I raised on Moda app.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I had known that the apartment might need a more thorough clean before moving in. It would have been helpful to be able to inspect the room in person beforehand to make sure everything was in the right condition.

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Transport links are pretty decent and it’s easy to get around. The area is great for pubs, cafés and nightlife, and most of the shops I need are close by. It feels very convenient overall, and day-to-day living on the street is fine with no major issues.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
I haven’t had many problems to report, but for the few small things that came up, the team handled them quickly and kept me informed. Overall, the response has been reliable and helpful.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I had known how good the facilities actually are. Even though the studio is small, the layout makes it feel surprisingly spacious, so there wasn’t as much compromise as I expected. The location has also turned out to be incredible, with easy walks to Finnieston, Great Western Road and the wider West End. Another thing I didn’t anticipate is how warm the apartment stays. We’ve only used the heating once, yet the bills were higher than expected, which was surprising given how little we needed the heating.

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The location is great, with plenty of restaurants, pubs and bars within a 10–15 minute walk, plus easy access to the West End. Transport links are convenient too. The street is quiet, and I barely hear any noise. Neighbours are friendly, and the whole area feels safe. It’s also pet friendly, which is a big plus.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They’ve been quick with maintenance, especially when I reported the boiler issue. The team handled it promptly and kept me updated. The Glide Wi-Fi setup for my PlayStation was a bit of a headache, but the staff did try to assist, and the response was reasonable even though the issue took some extra steps to sort out.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I had known how big the wardrobe actually is. Before moving in, we thought we might need extra storage like drawers or shelves, but the wardrobe turned out to be massive. It fits everything, so we didn’t need to buy any additional furniture at all.

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Living there is exceptional! the location is great, only 10 minutes' walk from the nearest train and underground station. A verity of cafes and restaurants around. My apartment is on the 8th floor facing inward towards the courtyard, quiet and peaceful. I can't find anything bad to say
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
I haven't had any issues so far, hopefully I won't have any
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I had known about the different views/ courtyard facing etc. I possibly should've asked about the different options
