Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I’ll start with the good. You couldn’t be any closer to the city centre without actually being in it, which is very convenient. The clubs and bars are within staggering distance. There is no antisocial behaviour on our site. I was slightly worried about the estate behind us when I first moved in, but I’ve never seen anything that gave me cause for concern. The bad There are bin strikes at the moment, which means the refuse rooms can be a little smelly. We totally understand though.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I genuinely haven’t had anything to complain about.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known about their sister site which sits on a strip called Broad street. Lots of bars etc. I did enquire but was told there is a waiting list

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The apartment is along the highway, however we the building is sound proof so you do not hear any noise from the street. The apartment is a 5 minute walk from a major supermarket, and there is a lovely odeon cinema also within a 5 minute walk. There are several lovely local restraunts and bars within walking distance to the apartment building . There is a local tram within ha 4 minute walk and a busy stop within 2 minutes from the apartment. Brilliant and convenient location.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, l had an issue and it was resolved within 24 hours. I logged it on a dedicated app for residents to keep track of their rental accounts.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Great place to move into, the Concorde can lend you trolleys to move your stuff and apartments are cleaned to a high standard.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The complex sits on a busy main road with direct links to the city centre. In the opposite direction of there are a cluster of restaurants and shops. In terms of restaurants and bars you truly are spoiled for choise. Lots of independents.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

No problems as such I have mentioned the gates being left open. Me and my friend spotted a strange woman lurking around the bike area. This was reported immediately with the promise of additional security walks to carried out.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

There is a strange noise that niggles as me during the night I think it comes from the pipe work I’m not sure. But I’m used to it now

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The site is situated on a busy main road with frequent links to the city centre. There are a variety of restaurants and shops just a stone’s throw from the site if you don’t fancy heading into the city centre.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I haven’t experienced any issues. There is a front desk team that is always on hand if I do have a problem, which has been very reassuring.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Although I have never experienced any issues, there is an estate just behind my complex that isn’t very safe to walk around at night. The street lighting there is quite poor.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Honestly, after living all over the country, this complex is my favourite. The gym is well equipped and always clean. I wok from home, so I utilize all of the working spaces. Initial communication was a little slow, but once references were validated, the process was seamless.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I wasn’t able to locate a parcel, the courier had put it in the wrong selection. The concierge guy spent 30 mins finding it for me.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

It’s an obvious one but rent increase arghh. Give me a discount
