Modern apartments with amenities on-site (gym, concierge, communal spaces) with a central city lifestyle. There’s easy access to a wide variety of shops, restaurants, bars, cinemas/theatres. The building is pet-friendly, which is a big plus if you have pets.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The building management staff is friendly, professional and responsive. Issues or maintenance requests to be handled promptly. The on-site services (concierge, maintenance, resident team) help the shared spaces are maintained, and there is a sense that management actively keeps the building in good shape and care about the residents.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Nothing major but want to know more about the opening time of gym room.

The property is located in the heart of the city centre and is easily accessible to major transport hubs like coach station and train stations as well as shopping malls. Plenty of nice restaurants and supermarkets nearby enabling a convenient and relaxing living here.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The building management team is very helpful especially Kary who is always kind and responsive and resolving our reported problems. Very good experience in dealing with her in renewing our tenant contracts - prompt and considerate. recommendations have been provided throughout the process.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Future site refurbishment and development plan would be a useful information to define my medium to longer term rental plan here.

The apartment is right located in the city center, and you can easily walk to the biggest M&S, bullring center, indoor market, China town within 5mins.

Yes. The building management team always responds our enquiries quickly

I wish to know the promised offer of recommending people to get 200£ offers has some conditions. So far I did not get any promised benefits

You're right near the city centre, so everything is at your doorstep! It's a safe area with access to food very close by.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Very promptly fixed any minor maintenance items I had. They have always welcomed me with a smile.

Great location if you're a young couple and if you want access to everything, especially during Christmas time.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The building management have been very swift with any repairs and maintenance that has to be done within our apartment over the years.

That you will experience some noise pollution from outside, but you have great Windows.
