The area is in the heart of the town. Just 2 mins walk from town centre, major superstores, railway station, bus stop.. it's really great and convenient to live in an area like this
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The response has been really prompt so far. The resolution was also more or less on time
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Nothing comes to mind as such. We are 0retty happy with our stay here

Spacious apartment with close proximity to the town centre and the train station for easy commute to and fro london.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Response time was effective and issues raised adequately resolved.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Free / available car parking for all residents. It was quite challenging to get a parking space even when it is been paid for.

Clippers Quays is a 2 minute from Exchange Quays tram station, has got a new Italian restaurant downstairs, now to forget the pub, barber and cafe too (lovely banana bread!), in house parking, recycling and non-recycling bin collections, strict rules regarding noise after 11pm. It is has been our home for the last 3 years and there is a reason why we stayed!
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
We use an app and log on our queries. A handyman/plumber comes in the next day!
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Nil, everything you want is here or nearby. This place has truly got it all.

Wish the furniture could be removed quite poor furniture that’s in here
