    The area is in the heart of the town. Just 2 mins walk from town centre, major superstores, railway station, bus stop.. it's really great and convenient to live in an area like this

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    The response has been really prompt so far. The resolution was also more or less on time

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    Nothing comes to mind as such. We are 0retty happy with our stay here

    Spacious apartment with close proximity to the town centre and the train station for easy commute to and fro london.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    Response time was effective and issues raised adequately resolved.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    Free / available car parking for all residents. It was quite challenging to get a parking space even when it is been paid for.

    Train station linls to almost eveeywhere and quite convenient. Quite a few gpod restaurarants , bus service not so efficient.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    All repair issues was treated promptly which is 10/10

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    Ensure you ask for availability of parking space. Area has good schools for growing kids and good library for everyone and parks for walks and kids to play. In general its a nice decent enviroment to raise kids.

    Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

    It sits next to the train station and main street, but surprisingly it's quiet quite in the whole day. There are couple of parking available for resident, and the residential team is also happy to help with the arrangement.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    we can use the apps to contact with the building management, normally they will reply within 24 hours.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    You may not be able to book a viewing easily because the properties may be rented shortly.

    Newbury is a gem with the perfect mix of calm quiet and access to main cities! It’s home for me and I love it!
