The clubhouse is positioned in the northwest corner of the site and is a single-storey building, with brick elevations, UPVC double-glazed windows and a pitched composite tile roof. It was originally constructed in the 1960s and was extended in the 1970s and 1990s. It extends to approximately 4,862 sq ft (452 sq m) Gross Internal Area (GIA). Internally the clubhouse has a large events hall, with stage area and capacity for up to 150 people seated.

There is a separate lounge, which has capacity for circa 80 people seated. A shared bar serves both the events hall and adjacent lounge. These rooms are separated by a stud partition wall. Ancillary facilities including a wash-up area, dry and cold store rooms, and a domestic-style kitchen, with standard white goods, which serve the events hall and lounge.

There are two changing rooms used by home and away sports teams. Each has ceramic tiled flooring, wooden benches, two showers and a door which permits access to the external facilities.

To the rear of the clubhouse is a large composite decked terrace with seating for approximately 104 people. The decked area overlooks the sports pitch.

There is a tarmac-surfaced car park to the front of the clubhouse, which provides 13 marked spaces, including one disabled bay. A single-track lane to the southwest of the clubhouse leads to a rear car park providing an additional 51 marked spaces, one of which is also designated for disabled use.

To the rear of the clubhouse is an open grass playing field area which accommodates one full-sized grass football pitch and four storage sheds.

Positioned approximately three-quarters of a mile northeast of Maidstone Town Centre, the site lies in a predominantly residential area.

Access to the property is gained from the northwest corner of the site via Recreation Close, a cul-de-sac off Park Avenue, a two-way road, which connects to Maidstone Town Centre.

To the northeast, the property is bounded by Foley Park Play Area, residential dwellings to the south and east and a mix of residential dwellings and garages to the north.
