    Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

    The area feels very safe, especially with on-site security. There are plenty of nearby shops and amenities, and everything I need is within a short walk. Transport links are convenient, and commuting to work is easy. The street is generally quiet with no major issues like noise or parking problems.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    I don’t have any issue yet as just move im. But I believe they will give quick responds.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    I can’t think of anything specific. Everything has been good so far, and there haven’t been any surprises beyond what I saw during the viewing.

    The management are very responsive and the building staff are always approachable especially the managers Connor & Susan. The design is brand new you can tell they went all out with the facilities and interior of the building. I’m very happy to live here Brand new From the reservation team to the reception team and management, everything has been top tier. When I want to wind down in the evening, I often grab a coffee and play pool in one of the two amenity spaces. There’s always someone to talk to or play pool with. My apartment felt brand new, not a mark on the walls. The team look after me and all of my family when they visit. Scott, Amrit, Calvin, Sian and Kerry are like friends

    The managment have responded quickly to all issues i raise.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    The street is gated with secure entry at each end of the street. The staff are available 247 no issue is to big or small.

    Quiet area with access to City links and transport. We loved the odd drink in Berlinkys just at the top of the road!

    The local area offers a very convenient and comfortable living environment. There is a good range of shops, cafés, restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance, making daily life easy. Public transport links are reliable, and it is easy to reach the city centre. The streets are generally quiet and clean, with no major issues regarding noise or safety. Although parking can be limited at times, overall the neighbourhood feels safe, friendly and pleasant to live in.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    The building management has been very responsive and helpful whenever I raised a question or request. They usually reply quickly, and any minor issues are addressed in a timely and professional manner. Their communication is clear, and I feel well supported as a resident.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    I wish I had known earlier how convenient the location actually is in daily life. Everything I need—shops, transport, and essential services—is much closer than I expected from the viewing. It would have saved me a lot of planning stress before moving in.

    There are plenty of shops, restaurants and bars nearby, and the overall atmosphere is really convenient. My workplace is about a 15-minute walk, which is great, and the area feels safe and comfortable. Transport links are easy to access, and the neighbourhood is generally very quiet with no major issues.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    The building management has been responsive and helpful. I haven’t had any issue yet, but Communication is always clear.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    Small thing is that I didn’t realise the hob was induction, so I had to sort out suitable cookware after moving in. Overall nothing major, but these details would’ve been nice to know in advance.
