    Great area and high street with a lovely selection of shops, coffee shops, pubs and takeaway options. Great transport links, although the trains could be more frequent. Traffic and noise is minimal.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    Lack of response which has been disappointing. But when I catch them in person they’re very helpful

    That we don’t have a system to be called from the door.

    Good: Great choice, local vendors, polite and helpful staff Bad: More people = busier, less access to transport, we really need more bins around the complex. Constant commercial unit work

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    They responded to it yes but when I asked them to come on a different day, they didn't turn up nor did they ring to confirm they were coming. It seems like its whatever is more recent they pick up and forget about legacy items.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    I would have liked to know more about the facilities management and overall set up of the flat. The booklets presented are not clear and it requires more on the tenant to find information. Equally, once money is transferred, its onto the next one, making the experience a little more like a transaction than a friendly lifestyle change

    Really good location, right next to the wandsworth train into Vauxhall in 8 minutes, lovely road of coffee shops, cafes, delis and restaurants nearby with a shopping centre walking distance. Noisy on the main road at night and early in the morning.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    It appears a bit difficult to get in touch with building management and messages are often not responded to.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    I would have preferred not to be facing the main road as it is noisy.

    Great area to live, feel very safe here and close to a great choice of restaurants in Clapham and Wandsworth as well as an easy train journey into central London

    -Friendly neighbors who look out for each other. -Accessible to parks, gardens, or nature reserves nearby for walking, jogging, or relaxing. -Clean and well-maintained public spaces. -Convenient bus routes, train stations, or cycling paths. -Easy access to nearby towns or city centers. -Downside is area is target for crime; high crime rates and generally unsafe area

    Any maintenance requests within the apartment are handled promptly and professionally, with clear communication throughout the process. Routine inspections are carried out regularly, ensuring that facilities such as elevators, fire alarms, and security systems remain in perfect working order.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    Personally this does not affect me, but the other tenants in the main building having conflicting issues with gym access/ main building access and the like.
