5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Best location I ever lived in Hove. Steps from hove station and near George street and surrounded by market places nearby. Bus stops to get out and about as well.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Prompt reply and very supportive all the way. If they don’t have the answer they always advise others sources
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Only thing is that took a while until they sort out a gym but the opening hours are not quite flexible

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
I prefer living with lower car accessibility as it reduces noise and makes more space for pedestrians. Bin collections are slightly too far between which leads to overflow on occasion. Anti-social behaviour is rare for a city with occasional noise at night.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
When this led to a leak there was a bit of a wait for repairs owing to availability issues for the plumber but the resultant damage to both the pipes and the walls and door frame were quickly repaired afterwards. Everyone was polite and helpful through the entire process.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
There are a lot of children in the building. They are usually very well behaved, but as I live on the first floor there have been occasions with children knocking on my door and/or being loud in the halls.

4Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Generally is great for amenities . Parking can be an issue . Haven't experienced much antisocial behaviour . But the dust and noise from the bus and train station building around has been disturbing at times . But can see it all for future of of the area longterm
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Not really had many problems . Only minor . However still waiting for decor that was due to be done just after we moved in . But understand there have been issues with contractors to do this . Circumstances beyond control . I believe .
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
There is a choice to either keep one to themselves or join in with the choice community fun activities . I dont think anyone could be or feel lonely here .

The location is very nice and really close. You have everything you need. However, parking availability is really low and hard but other than that it’s really good.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They try to take immediate action as much as they can.

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Pretty good location and amazing area. It is great to be able to move around with such ease! No noise or complaints about the area.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yes, everything related to Hove Gardens has been addressed with quality since the new management. However homebox is bad.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Home box is a problem! The bills should be better explained and it shouldn’t over charge you out of the blue! Only complaint about the whole experience.
