The guest area is found through a door in the sitting room with the meditation room having a bridge onto the hillside behind. The guest lodgings are found on the floor below the meditation room which has an access to the outside where the guest kitchen can be found in a small shed.

Whilst the property is on mains electrics it has its own water sources and storage facilities. The water is harvested from the roof, piped from a spring and there is also a new large well.
The land with the property is made up of both woodlands and fields with a beautiful brook and waterfall running through the woodlands.
