This beautiful casale, set in two and half hectares of private grounds, flanked by lavender fields, is situated halfway between to charming towns: Arpino and Isola del Liri. The gates open onto a driveway that curves round to the main building, a fine two storey stone casale. There are two further unrestored buildings on the property.

The main building has a hallway, four rooms and a bathroom on each floor, currently used as: on the ground floor, an entrance hall, living room, large kitchen with fireplace separated from the dining room by a wide archway, a further room currently used as a laundry and hobby room (also with a fireplace), and a bathroom.
