Casa Santa Giusta (ref: 532) is built directly into the fortified walls of the ducal castle, the very castle in which St Thomas Aquinas was once imprisoned. The house has sweeping views over the valley, a flexible layout with entrances on different floors, a panoramic roof terrace, and an elegant spa area in its stone vaulted cellars.

Several floors have their own independent entrance, while internally there is an elegant modern metal and wood staircase. The upper floors, restored in a more modern style, feature large rooms, including a bedroom with generous private balcony. Meanwhile the vaulted cellar has a striking spa area, with exposed stone, wrought iron, red drapes and mood lighting. The terrace, with its comanding view, will make a stunning location for al fresco dining, or simply admiring the view.

Casa Santa Giusta is partially restored: renovations of two floors were carried out in 2016 and 2019, but the final work on the top floor terrace and the facade has not been completed. The estimate for this work is available upon request.
