Nestled in the heart of the Civita Falconara quarter, opening directly into the piazza outside the church of Santa Maria di Civita (home of a thousand year old ebony wood Madonna), Casa Santa Maria is newly renovated.

The entrance hall leads into the sitting room which has a feature old stove. Past the living room is the eat-in kitchen, with its wood cabinetry. A corridor leads to two bedroom, and a bathroom.

There is parking in the piazza, only available to those who own property.

Civita Falconara is a very pretty and peaceful part of Arpino, with no through traffic; it is however only a minute or two's walk down to the main piazza and the Corso.
