We bought this property from new seven years and have upgraded our home including the outdoor kitchen, the garden, terraces, swimming pool and plantings. There is direct access to woodland and we are within walking distance of the Outstanding Beacon Academy, close to the Boars Head pub and adjacent golf course as well as to Crowborough that features historical buildings, supermarkets, independent shops and a station where trains to London take just over an hour. There are also schools, a cinema, pubs and eateries, recreation grounds and annual events.
It is nine minutes' drive to Tunbridge Wells with its high street stores, independent shops, bars and restaurants, grammar and private schools, hotels and retail parks. Entertainment is available at the cinema and theatres and a variety of sports clubs. Trains from Tonbridge to London run every 15 minutes.
