The apartment is in a great location, with two supermarkets downstairs offering great convenience, and it's very close to the tram station.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The building management has generally responded to issues in a timely manner when contacted, but the effectiveness and consistency of follow-up actions could be improved.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Compared to other apartments in Birmingham, what are its advantages, and why is its price higher than others?
Manager's response4Thank you SS for your feedback. It would be good to understand specific examples of poor service received so that we may address these concerns with the team. Please send the management team an email or ticket via App to discuss further. We apologise for any disappointment with the cleaning provision, we have our cleaning team on site 10 hours per day who are happy to attend any spillages as identified or reported- we encourage our residents to let our team know of any spillages as they occur so that we can resolve quickly. As a responsible landlord, occasionally we have to enter apartments under mandatory grounds- this will be for the health and safety of our residents and building. We will always try and give reasonable time and opportunity to be flexible with attendance to help with peoples commitments and right to quiet enjoyment of home. Thanks for your time and feedback.

Broad Street has loads of bars, clubs and places to eat, so there’s always something going on. You can walk to the canals, Brindleyplace and the Mailbox for nicer spots too.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Management has been helpful and quick to respond. Moses and Peter are always friendly, polite and sort things out fast, which makes living here much easier.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I didn’t realise how loud Broad Street can get late at night, especially on weekends. It’s a fun area, but if you’re a light sleeper, bring earplugs
