5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
I’m it location is stunning. Innitally, we had the issue of grocery shops being too far away but Sainsbury’s next door has been great help. There was also an issue of commuting to town especially in the winter but the bus has been quite helpful, although inconsistent.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
When I first moved in, management was great. I remember very clearly how the staff responded to and attended to my concerns regarding rent, events, maintenance, etc. but overtime, it’s as if the new management does not give much care to residents’ worries.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
How hard commuting would be! Up until this summer, there was no busses going to town and back and the earliest is nearly a 20 minute walk which isn’t great in the cold. There was also not a lot of options for food- just a few coffee shops around.

3Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The local area has a good mix of cafés and small shops, and it’s convenient to walk to most places. There’s also parking in the building and another car park close by. The street is generally quiet, though it can get a bit busy depending on the time of day. Transport links are decent, with train stations not too far away. Overall it’s a comfortable area to live in with only minor noise at times.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
I’ve generally had a positive experience with building management, especially when dealing with upper management or staff members like Caitlin and Malik, who have always been responsive and constructive. However, my experience with *Name Removed* has been the complete opposite. Their approach is dismissive, passive-aggressive, and uncooperative to a degree that genuinely affects the resident experience. Overall, while most of the team is supportive and helpful, the inconsistency created by *Name Removed* conduct is significant and impossible to overlook.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I had known how warm the apartments can get during the summer, especially since there’s no built-in air conditioning. It’s manageable, but definitely something worth being prepared for in advance.

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The local area has a nice selection of cafés and small spots to grab food or coffee, all within easy walking distance. Parking is very convenient with both a building car park and an additional lot close by. Transport links are good, with train stations not too far and the city centre only 10–15 minutes away. The street can be quiet at times and slightly busier at others, but overall it’s a comfortable and convenient place to live with no major issues.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Management has always been responsive and helpful whenever I’ve raised anything. They reply quickly, follow up properly, and make sure issues get resolved without delay.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I had known how warm the apartments can get in the summer. The building doesn’t have AC, and during hotter months it can feel quite uncomfortable. It’s slightly more manageable with fans.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The area is amazing, I can't fault it. It's got everything you need within walking distance and there is so much to do of an evening after work.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
I have had quite a few issues whilst living here, however they are always quick to reassure me or fix the issue. On days that the maintenance team are off Callum is always happy to lend a hand.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I knew about some of the ongoing issues, such as the bin chute.
