In the other direction, there are views over the Crinan Canal which, in season, features the daily comings and goings of pleasure boating craft and yachts people as they navigate the canal from Ardrishaig to Crinan and vice versa.

As mentioned, Ardrishaig is the southern start of the iconic Crinan Canal, which offers pleasure craft the chance to short cut through from Loch Fyne to the sailing grounds of the Inner Hebrides.
