1Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The train station is quite far walk closest one being Wilsden junction - The building is located amongst an industrial site and for lone woman this can be dangerous in the night time. There is parking which is a bonus and bin collections are often good too. There is anti-social behaviour within the area hence why this is not ideal for lone women. Can Also be abit noisy with traffic and construction nearby.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They have not. **name removed** has been here from the beginning is lovely but does not critical thinking or solution based. **name removed** is somewhat friendly but will sigh behind your back. Leasing Manger is also very lovely and friendly, the best person to ask for any help but in a catch 22 as this extends are job role.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Building property management not helpful and often sighs when approached with an issue. I wish the trainstation was closer and better transportation links.

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Living in my local area has a good balance of convenience and community. There’s a decent range of shops, cafés and restaurants nearby, offering everything from quick essentials to nicer places for a meal out. We also have some lovely open spaces that are great for walking and getting fresh air. Transport links are generally reliable, with regular buses and easy access to main roads, though services can be slower during busy periods. On my street, parking can be a bit limited at peak times, but overall it’s manageable. Bin collections are consistent, and while there is occasional traffic noise, it’s not too disruptive. Anti-social behaviour is rare, and the neighbourhood feels safe and friendly.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The building management has always responded quickly and professionally to any issues I’ve raised. Even small problems are dealt with promptly, and they keep me updated throughout. It has been a smooth and reassuring experience overall.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
One thing I wish I had known before moving in is how active and helpful the community is. You don’t really get that sense during a viewing. Residents and staff (Molly, Luke, Holly) are genuinely supportive, and it makes settling in so much easier. I’d also say to new neighbours that taking a little time to get to know the team and other residents really pays off, because everyone is happy to share tips and make you feel welcome.

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
It’s great to be so near the high street, lots of shops nearby. Parking is limited and being in a 2 car household incurs extra parking charges locally
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
With incredible speed. Resolved one issue and pending parts being received for another one. Stuart was really helpful
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
N/A, we’re happy with the tenancy and location. Parking could be improved in the local area though
