Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Living in The Forum near Birmingham city centre offers excellent transport links, vibrant nightlife, and a range of cultural attractions, including theatres and museums. It’s close to major shopping destinations like the Bullring. With diverse dining options and a lively atmosphere, it’s a convenient and exciting place to call home.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management team is approachable and always welcoming to residents. They host monthly resident events, which is impressive—especially compared to my previous building, where nothing like this was offered. I really enjoy living here, as it feels like a true community where we get to know one another.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

It’s nothing major, but I would appreciate being informed in advance when the car park will be closed due to building works. However, there is plenty of parking available in the surrounding area, so it hasn’t been a problem.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The advantages are that it's very convenient to use and the apartment is quite spacious. The disadvantages are that it often gives false alarms and is very loud, which is quite annoying.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Response very quickly and efficient , especially management staff Kary and Stacy

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Before I moved here from outside the UK, everything was uncertain.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The property location is excellent with prime transportation options like train and coach stations all within 10 minutes’ walk. Living here is also relaxing and convenient with a large variety of cuisines and supermarkets nearby. Whilst the room facilities are fit for purposes., it would be even better if some of the old appliances in the resident rooms can be replaced with more up-to -date models to further enhance the living experience.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management is very helpful especially Kary Chung who is always kind and responsive in resolving our reported problems throughout the entire renewal process.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Understand more about the site’s immediate to medium term refurbishment and development plans in advance can help potential tenants to define their own rental strategy.
