There are also plenty of open spaces nearby, especially along the shoreline and around Leith Links, creating a refreshing balance of urban living and outdoor relaxation. Transport links are very convenient, with frequent buses and tram connections that make getting into the city centre or across Edinburgh simple and reliable. It’s easy to get around without a car, and the neighbourhood’s layout supports walking and cycling as well. Life on the street feels calm, friendly and well-kept. bin collections run smoothly, and the general atmosphere is peaceful with a welcoming community feel. Even with the lively character of Leith, the area around Dockside maintains a comfortable environment that makes day-to-day living enjoyable. Overall, Dockside Leith offers a vibrant, well-connected and pleasant place to call home, with a waterfront setting that enhances the whole experience.
