There are not a lot of local restaurants and shops nearby, but it is close to Cassiobury park which is very nice for a walk. The traffic noise is minimal, and there are open spaces.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The building management is great and whenever I report issues people come to repair it immediately.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The location of the development is not near city centre so I need to go to most places by car.

The apartment is in a convenient location, especially with the school, Morrisons supermarket, and a nearby car park, which all make daily life easier for tenants. Although the property doesn’t provide dedicated parking for 1 BHK units, having Morrisons car park close by helps reduce the inconvenience. The mall is also within walking distance, adding to the overall accessibility and comfort. Despite the parking limitation, the area’s amenities make the apartment a practical choice for anyone looking for a well-connected and comfortable place to live and enjoy the convenience of everything being close at hand in this vibrant neighbourhood too.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They have responded immediately to any repairs and maintenance thats a plus point on this property

I didnt this building is more pet friendly as i was looking for a more kid friendly envelope but it also is.also the new building is acer point which had direct acces to amenities whereas oyher buildings dont,which we were not aware when we moved in

Amazing location. Easy school runs, Morrisons 1 min walk, and excellent bike/bus/train links to London.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The maintenance team has been quick, responsive, and incredibly efficient whenever any issue has been raised.

I wish I had learned the modern thermostat's smart settings sooner. It could have optimized heating and saved me money

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
A Morrisons on the doorstep is very handy. Also, the Harlequin Centre is only a 12 minute drive away and I believe can be easily accessed by bus too. The centre has so many great shops and there is an abundance of restaurants and cafes. There is parking under the building (at an extra charge) which is really convenient.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They have responded very quickly and have dealt with things efficiently

Didn't realise quite how high the standard of the furnishings and general build of the apartment was
