Situated on the outskirts of Ledbury Town, The Dairy Flat is a beautifully appointed fully furnished two-bedroom apartment with far reaching views over the Herefordshire Countryside. The apartment forms part of a side wing to a privately owned country house and as such is ideal for those looking for peace a quiet. As such the apartment is not suited to those with children or pets.
The property comes with its own private entrance which leads through into an open plan living room, dining area and Kitchen. The living room has the additional benefit of a working open fire which is secondary to the central heating. There are two good size double bedrooms, one with built in wardrobes and a separate utility room at one end of the apartment and a bathroom at the other.
There is a small shared courtyard which is available for use. There is no allocated parking however there is ample space at the entrance gate for parking, it is just not allocated.
NO pets are permitted at the property.

An additional charge of £250pcm is applied to cover Electricity, Water, Sewage and Council tax. The monthly charge also covers part gas central heating.

From the Texaco petrol station in Ledbury (HR8 1BS) from the forecourt take a right turning onto The Homend. Take you next immediate right turning up Knapp Lane. Proceed up Knapp Lane passing the woodland on your right. Take the turning on the left signposted West Hill Road. Approximately two thirds of the way along this lane you will see a large redbrick walled garden with two old heavy timber gate doors (singles). Park your car here and press the bell for The Dairy Flat next to the timber gate.
