The en suite bathroom has contemporary large format wall and floor tiles and is fitted with a large shower cabinet and a contemporary washbasin and WC. A skylight provides natural light, supplemented by downlighters.
Although it has its own private kitchen, occupiers of the Loft Studio can also use the spacious shared kitchen on the first floor. This has good natural light and ventilation thanks to a window above the sink and is well-equipped with an oven, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, and smaller appliances including a kettle, toaster, air fryer, rice maker, and coffee machine. There’s also high-level dining table with two chairs and a set of cutlery.

Located between Bowes Park train station and Green Lanes, the apartment has great access to nearby shops, amenities, public transport and green spaces. It also has easy access to villagey Palmers Green half a mile away, and the nearby town centre of Wood Green away with its high street stores and shopping mall lies just over a mile from the property.
Bowes Park train station and Bounds Green (Piccadilly Line) tube station are both about a ten-minute walk from the apartment, offering lots of regular and direct services around the capital and into central London.
