    The local area is one of the best things about living here. Everything you need is within walking distance - shops, cafés, supermarkets, and great transport links. It feels lively and convenient without being overwhelming.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    The building management has been very responsive and professional whenever I’ve raised any issues. Any minor problems in the apartment or building have been addressed quickly and efficiently. They communicate clearly and follow up to ensure everything is resolved, which makes living here stress-free and reassuring.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    One thing I wish I had known before moving in is how lively the area can be at peak times. While it’s very convenient and central, it can get a bit noisy on weekends or during events. Overall, it hasn’t been a major issue and the benefits of the location far outweigh this minor point.

    I’ve had a genuinely excellent experience living at Queen Street Quarter. From day one, the building has felt safe, modern, and well managed. The apartments are bright, clean, and well insulated, and the communal areas are always kept to a very high standard. The management team deserve special recognition ( Keshvi and Izabella) , they are responsive, professional, and genuinely care about residents. Any issues I’ve ever raised have been handled quickly and efficiently, which makes a huge difference to day-to-day living. The location is another massive plus. Everything is within walking distance — shopping, restaurants, transport links — yet the building itself remains peaceful and well controlled. Overall, Queen Street Quarter offers a premium living experience at a fair price. It truly feels like home, and I would confidently recommend it to anyone looking for high-quality city living. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

    Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

    It’s a really nice place to live and generally a bit more sheltered from noise because of the beautiful church behind. It can be loud at night from nearby bars and venues but the windows are well sealed and are good at keeping the noise out. It would benefit from having a few more bins in the bin store as they get full quickly. Close to town and easy to get everywhere by train or bus

    Issues are always responded to quickly and necessary contractors called. I have always felt like we could approach them with issues

    I wish I had known about the ongoing renovations and updates. While nice for the building, I work from home and it can be noisy sometimes.

    Very lovely place to live. We thought it would be busy and noisy when we moved in, since it’s right in the city centre, but it’s actually really quiet. We love how the building runs and how helpful the staff are. Our flat is a maisonette with loads of space, and it was already furnished with really nice furniture, so it feels like home straight away. The area feels safe, everything is close by, and having shops and transport on the doorstep is really handy. They also allow pets, which is a massive bonus. Honestly, we’re really happy living here.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    We were living in number 19 and had a leak in our flat because of a damaged roof. We reported it and were offered four alternative flats to choose from. The whole process was really quick and the team were very helpful throughout. We genuinely appreciated how smoothly everything was handled.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    One thing I didn’t know before moving in is that they organise regular events for tenants to meet and get to know each other. We haven’t managed to attend yet because we weren’t available on those days, but we really love the idea. I also didn’t realise they offer discounts for tenants, which is a great bonus.

    Occasional facility issues but always quickly resolved. Other than that, great service and a lovely secure place to live.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    Very quickly and positive responses, always solves any issues.

    The lift is out of order occasionally which on higher floors is an inconvenience. Keeps you fit though!
