Living at Hove Central, is luxurious and modern. The facilities are amazing and so are the staff, always friendly and happy to help.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Tickets get responded to very fast and maintenance do their job very well. They are always very friendly
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I knew more about discounts for spas, classes and restaurants. It’s lovely that we do get some advantages of living here !

Hove Central is a great addition to Hove, the transport links are great specially now the new bus route has been added to go all the way to university! New Aldi recently opened close by and a great coffee shop just opposite!
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
All queries death with very quickly, no issues and reporting via the App is very easy and instant
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Parking is limited, but there are great transport links to Brighton and further afield.

Moda is in a prime location in Hove, near shops / restaurants / schools. Living in Brighton & Hove all my life, I feel very lucky to be living in the heart of Hove.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
I have only had 1 minor issue since living here and they have been so helpful and efficient.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I knew the community that comes with Moda, I have met such lovely residents and made friends here.

Living in Hove Central has been a wonderful experience for me, my husband, and our two children. The area offers a great range of high-quality shops, cafés, restaurants, and welcoming open spaces, all within an easy walk. Transport links are reliable, with quick access to buses and Hove Station. Our street feels safe and friendly with regular bin collections; parking can be a little tight, but that is typical for the area. Overall, it’s a vibrant, family-friendly neighbourhood with a lovely coastal atmosphere.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Management has responded quickly and professionally to every issue we’ve raised. Problems are addressed promptly with clear communication and reliable follow-up.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I had known just how active and welcoming the community would be, the social events, shared spaces, and friendly neighbours have become a big part of our daily life. Also, the private dining area and cinema are even more useful than they seem at first viewing, especially for families.

The whole area has a bright, friendly vibe, and everything feels modern, welcoming, and beautifully maintained. There’s a fantastic mix of cute cafés, stylish restaurants, and handy local shops just a short stroll away. Plus, being so close to the seafront and lovely open green spaces makes it feel like the perfect balance of city convenience and coastal calm. Transport links are super easy to use, with frequent buses and great connections into Brighton and beyond.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The building management at Moda Hove Central has been consistently responsive and reassuring whenever I’ve raised an issue. They’re quick to acknowledge messages, and they don’t just give generic replies, they actually follow up, keep you updated, and make sure the problem is fully resolved. Overall, every interaction has been positive, proactive, and handled with real attention to detail.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
One thing I wish I’d known before moving into Moda Hove Central is just how active and friendly the resident community actually is. You don’t really get a sense of that from a viewing, but there are regular events, casual meet-ups, and people genuinely use the shared spaces. If you enjoy a social, community-focused environment, it’s a huge bonus.
