5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Extremely convenient location; the Parking is very secure and the best in Birmingham. Bin collections are always 'on-point' and the sound proofing on the windows and doors block out all the BroadStreet noise.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Issues that i raised over the past 3 years were always dealt with swiftly and amicably.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
How easy the set-up when first moving in was! This is often the most daunting thing (do all the appliances work, is the room clean, how is the billing set-up etc). The Mercian/Moda excelled in this area.

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Convenience of the building is one of the best things about why I chose Moda. It’s in a prime location and very close to so many things.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The management is professional. The staff are great and helpful. It would be even better if Moses and Peter were on the day time so residents can interact with them more
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
A little bit noisy sometimes on weekends so choose a higher floor if you’re sensitive to sound.
