What attracted you to this specific house and location?
Location is excellent (half way between SJW and Maida Vale). The flat is large, high ceilings and has a private terrace.
What would you like to tell parents about the benefits of raising children here?
Parks close by (Paddington Recreation Ground and The Regents Park), communal garden (in addition to the private terrace). Lots of schools close by.

Maida Vale and St John's Wood tube stations both less than 10 mins walk. Bus stop outside the flat (46 and 187).

Previous owners lived here for 10 years. We refurbed in 2021 (as above)

What is your favourite room and why?
Living room - it's huge and perfect for hosting guests or just reading a book.
Memorable/remarkable event?
Spending a cold winter's day curled up in front of the TV with the fire on and my loved ones close by - followed by building snowmen and making snow angels with my son and nephews.

The finish of the flat, layout, and the location
What do you love about the local community and what amenities are nearby?
24 hour Tesco and Everyman Cinema 2 mins walk away. SJW High Street and Maida Vale both quick walks away.
