It backs onto a large forest with a lake a few minute's walk away and heathland farther to the north, that's perfect for walking, dog walking, jogging, cycling and exploring. You can walk/run/cycle for several miles without meeting a road.

• Schools: primary and junior schools are within easy walking distance, including Pinewood Infant School (couple of minutes) and nearby Guillemont Junior School (a few more minutes). Bohunt Farnborough School is also walkable, and the renowned Farnborough 6th Form College is about 2 miles away.

• Commuting & transport: Farnborough town and its rail network are close by - about 3 miles.
Farnborough (Main) provides frequent services toward London Waterloo (typical journey times ~35–50 minutes depending on service), making it practical for commuters.
Good road access onto the M3/A331 corridor provides straightforward links to the wider region.
Local amenities & nearby towns (reasonable driving distances)
• Farnborough town centre — local shops, supermarkets, cafés and leisure facilities (a short drive).
Camberley, Aldershot, Fleet, Farnham, Guildford, Bracknell and Basingstoke are all within comfortable driving distance for shopping, cinema and wider retail/leisure options; Farnborough’s central location in north Hampshire makes day trips and regional travel straightforward, with access to the M3, M4, A31, A30.
Heathrow is a 30 minute drive, Gatwick an hour or so, and is also accessible from nearby Blackwater Station.
