The house is in Kefalas, a traditional village in the municipality of Apokoronas with about 250 permanent residents. The village has many holiday homes but remains lively all year round as it has, among other things, traditional taverns and cafes as well as a well-stocked mini market. The building has just been renovated and is available for sale with modern furniture and equipment while it is on one level so that it is suitable for use by people with mobility difficulties.

The plot is fenced on all sides and has access through a metal gate. At the frontage of the building, a stone-paved courtyard has been constructed while there is also parking space for one vehicle, which you can easily expand in the future. This point has beautiful views of the White Mountains while 2-3 big trees offer shade in the summer. In the larger part of the outdoor area there is gravel for easy maintenance but you can very easily create a beautiful flower garden. Finally, the plot has a remaining buildable area that allows you to extend the existing building or even add a floor above.

Several tourists visit the area during the summer months while at the same time the village has an original, traditional character and is very quiet and picturesque. At a distance of approximately 10 minutes' drive is the small town of Vamos, where there are bank, supermarket and other shops. Within about 20 minutes' drive you can find the beaches of Georgioupolis and Kalyves, which have facilities. The city and the airport of Chania are approximately 40 and 50 minutes' drive away, respectively.
