5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Living in the Manchester City Centre near Chester Road offers a lively urban experience with a mix of conveniences and challenges. The location is one of its biggest advantages — it’s within easy walking distance of Deansgate, Spinningfields, and major transport links, making commuting and accessing the city’s amenities extremely convenient. There are plenty of supermarkets, gyms, cafés, and bars nearby, and the area is continually developing, giving it a modern feel with lots of new housing and facilities.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
We did not need to raise any problems or issues during the tenancy.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Parking unavailability. There is off street which gets busy. However there wasn’t any parking on site available when we moved.

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Overall great area to live in, close enough to the city centre for handiness but also far enough out to be a lot quieter and away from the business. City centre is 10 minute walk away from endless options for shops, restaurants, bars etc. More local, 5 minute walk from great bars/restaurants like Cross Keys, Midnight Bell, Grove Inn, Boathouse, Livin Italy etc + a Tesco around the corner. Usually good parking availability on the street/surrounding streets and not badly priced. Bin area downstairs for all rubbish
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yes, they are usually quite responsive and try their best to sort any issues ASAP.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Just the possible trouble when moving out with trying to take a lot of money off your deposit for general wear and tear, however this may have changed with the new team. I’m not 100% sure at this moment.
