The most supportive aspect is the maintenance team. They work very efficiently, especially the team manager Meet Sutariya and staff Val, they helped me fix my furniture and check other facilities at the same time. Their prompt response and actions has given me the best support. I believe this not only reflects their excellence, but also the resident-centric value. I really appreciate it.

Nine Elms is a very new and dynamic neighbourhood in London, very international in feel, right on the river with great views along to Westminster and the London Eye. It's changing daily because of the scale of development but amongst all that, the coffee shops, restaurants like Brunswick House and thoughtful green areas are building a sense of community and belonging which is exciting to watch bloom.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Promptly and helpfully. I have been impressed by all the staff at Bloom Nine Elms, and four in particular who have been so kind in helping me move in, Doyin and Khulood on Reception in Bloom East, Owen in Maintenance and Izzy in Reception in Bloom West. It's so lovely to live somewhere where you're greeted with a warm smile and a team who can't help you enough.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Parking on the day is very limited (one space) and there is only one trolley for carrying boxes, which is usually in use, so make sure you have some help with you for moving in!

Tesco, co op, Asda, Waitrose, tian tian plus Canary Wharf shopping centres. Lots of transport links: jubilee, Elizabeth and DLR. Lots of bars and restaurants. Private parking in building available and bike storage. Bins collected regularly. Apartment pretty much soundproof when windows closed

Quickly, Promptly and to a high standard. Maintenance staff also very friendly and personable

Pick up your parcels from the parcel room as soon as they deliver! It’s sometimes too full and is easy for parcels to get lost

Easy access to DLR and tubes. Many restaurants and shops within walking distance, making the area very convenient.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The thing I appreciate most is the maintenance service. You can log an issue through the app and it’s usually addressed the same day during working hours. I’ve had Colin Orland, a maintenance team member, fix multiple issues in my flat. He always communicates clearly and does quality work. Just last week my oven glass shattered, and Colin had it sorted within a few hours of me logging the ticket. Overall, the management and responsiveness make living here much easier.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Nothing really — they provide a pretty good viewing. My only positive surprise was discovering the clothing recycling bin.
