There’s a lot of amazing restaurants and activities to do in the immediate vicinity of the development. Many of them are absolutely amazing, including bars and restaurants. The proximity of the Aldgate East and Aldgate tube stations is amazing, plus the nearby bus station.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Every issue that I have experienced are addressed within a week of raising the issue. All my concerns have been minor in nature, like a strange green mark that I couldn’t remove myself after some door sealing was conducted (was handled within the week and removed)
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I had known that the hammersmith and city line doesn’t run as regularly as I hoped, so be aware of that. I really love living here but I wish I used the terrace more, because it’s beautiful and comfortable.

I genuinely love this local area. It is a really nice place to live with great surroundings and an incredibly convenient setup. The range and quality of amenities are a major plus—there are lots of great shops nearby, and the city centre is easily accessible, meaning restaurants, bars, and entertainment are never far away. The location is perfect for work due to the transport links, which are frequent and reliable, making my commute straightforward. Living on my street has been pleasant and quiet. Bin collections are always on time, and I haven't experienced any issues with anti-social behaviour. Parking is generally manageable. Overall, the area combines the benefits of having a peaceful residential base with the massive convenience of having the city and great transport links right on the doorstep.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Promptly, attempting to solve them immediately where possible.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The sheer amount of community events hosted here; if you want to try something new or meet new people, at one point on any week - there will be an event for you to go to in the foyer.

I cherish my lovely home here at Ebb and Flow dearly. The community team with Khadija, Harlie, Mia and Michael are like a family to me and I really appreciate all they work and love for this building. The building design is overall very nice classy and the cleaners do an amazing job keeping it nice.
