Living in the local area has many positive aspects. There is a good range of local shops, supermarkets, cafés, and restaurants within walking distance, offering decent quality and variety. There are also several green spaces nearby, which are well maintained and suitable for walking or relaxing. Transport links are generally convenient, with regular bus services and easy access to main roads, although services can be busy during peak hours. The street itself is usually quiet, with manageable traffic noise. Parking can be limited at busy times, but bin collections are reliable and there are no major issues with anti-social behaviour.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Moamen and the other front desk reception staff have all been very helpful and welcoming.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
One thing I wish I had known before moving in is that parking can be quite limited during busy periods, so planning ahead is helpful. It’s also useful to know that the building is generally very quiet and well managed, which isn’t always obvious from a short viewing. Getting to know the front desk and management team early on makes settling in much easier, as they are very supportive and responsive.

Great development in the heart of the city with amazing amenities, just short walk to Princes street.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Very quickly, always in the same day of the following day, and easy to ask to talk in person in particular the deputy Manager Moamen

I wish I knew that I can reserve a duplex flat as they look awesome.

The facilities here is very new and very convenient, this is a very nice place to live in. The reception is very kind, especially Aoamen, he's really nice and helpful

They respond quickly and nicely. Once my lamp has broken, they fix it soon in the afternoon

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Short walki into town where there are many shops, bars etc. There is a Coop store, Sainsbury's and Tesco close buy. Very close to a cinema complex with bowling, casino and restaurants. And right opposite there is a fantastic print studio where you can take classes and there is a gallery and coffee shop within. Great transport links.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
I have had a couple of small maintenance requests which were dealt with quickly. I wasn't sure how to use the app but Tyrese on the desk was very helpful and knowledgable and showed me what do when I went down to see him late ant night. Great young man. Shouldn't be hidden away on night shift! I think the other Night shift concierge is called Jawad. He helped me when I had a noise issue and it hasn't happened again since. The other concierge staff Aya, Megan and Gregg are always up for a chat when I'm passing through the reception. I probably take up a lot of their time but I'm always made to feel welcome. They all seem to be spending a lot of time dragging large satchels of parcels back and forth. I'm sure Moda could do something to make that process a little more efficient.

Hard to think of something as I have a friend how also lives here and I've visited before.
