The apartment is wheelchair-friendly and forms part of a tourist development operated by Luna Hotels.

Owners may occupy the apartment for up to 30 days per year between 1 November and 31 March, provided that the intended dates are notified at least 90 days in advance.

During the remainder of the year, owners may book alternative accommodation within the development, subject to availability, and benefit from a 10% discount on the lowest publicly advertised rate.

The hotel operator is responsible for all operating costs and expenses relating to the apartment throughout the year.

The rental income paid to the owner for 2025 was €6,640.40, payable in monthly instalments.

The management agreement renews automatically unless notice of termination is given by registered letter at least three months before the renewal date.
