2Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Next to old trafford , so expected noise from match day. One side note is that there is a noisy bar downstairs, with loud noises emitting from it until 1am (very audible from indoors with windows closed)
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yes, and the issues are usually solved the next day, but the frequency of utility problems are horrifying
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Unstable internet , water , occasional seconds of power outage that hurts sensitive electronics

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
I shared my flat the only thing that was difficult was organising who could park in the first bay as it trapped the car if the second person wasn't there to move the car. Otherwise a fabulous place to live in a very accessible area within walking distance.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
I think pretty quick although cant really remember having any complaints
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Parking is good and bad. Great that it is in a secure car park, awesome that it is specific to your address. Not great if you don't like juggling the parking spaces with somebody else you live when the parking slots are linear blocking the first space when the second car is in.

4Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The area is great. Super close to the trains, trams and buses. Parking at the station is super handy. Lots of local shops and restaurants, and very close to the centre of town. The new shop downstairs is nice
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The ticket system is ok but very slow. Everything internal to the flat has eventually been resolved but it took a long time
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I knew about the issues with security and the state of the out of sight public areas

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Newbury is a gem with the perfect mix of calm quiet and access to main cities! It’s home for me and I love it!
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yes always timely responses with the day and time of repair
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I’m not sure if I have anything to add her to be honest

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The area offers a good range of shops, a pharmacy, and a few bars and restaurants, all within easy reach. Transport links are very convenient thanks to the nearby bus stop connecting to many destinations. Living on the street is quiet and pleasant, with on‑site bin collections in the building, no parking issues, and minimal noise or anti‑social behaviour.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They have responded quickly and they have always solved the issue
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
To be honest I was aware of everything since they explain everything well before moving.
