Our opinion
There aren’t many of these around, a new-build 5-bed chalet within a stone’s throw of the main lift into the Avoriaz ski area. The property is tucked away, off the main road, looking over protected land with views of the forest and mountains. A very appealing prospect with the opportunity for the buyer to choose the finishing.

Location
Chalet Pré du Char is just under 500 metres from the Prodains Express ski lift at the top of the Prodains valley. Surrounded by non-constructible land to the south, it is possible to ski down from Avoriaz to the door.

It is a short drive (5 mins, 3.5km) from the centre of Morzine itself and is served by a regular, free bus service.
