A beautifully presented End Terraced House, built circa 1992 by Messrs Flower & Hayes Homes. Located along Charlton Road, a popular location in the town of Midsomer Norton. The property has been updated over the years and is ready for the new buyers to purchase and is being offered without an onward chain.

The location is great for access to the local amenities, schools and commuting links. If you are looking for a home you can drop your furniture down in and enjoy this is a home you should make time to view.

You enter the property via an entrance hall which in turn leads to the main hallway, giving space to place coats and shoes. To the right hand side is a very well presented kitchen with really nice gloss cabinets and a mixture of integral and free standing appliances. At the end of the hallway is the Living Room, a good square shaped room giving space for two large sofas, room to move about it. There is a Conservatory to the rear which over looks the gardens and can be used as a dining room/office/childs play room and so on.

Heading upstairs to the right is the main bedroom, this is s a great room with a fitted cupboard for clothes and its very own en-suite shower room. Morning times are easy in this house as across the landing is a three piece bathroom. So quick shower or long soak this home has you covered! There is another bedroom which can take a double bed and over looks the rear with views across the old railway line.

Outside the rear garden is fully enclosed, with wooden fences. There is a side and rear access gate. The garden is laid to lawn which is level and has a wooden decked area at the end where you can sit and enjoy, maybe have a BBQ in the summer time. The front garden has a wall surround, it's laid to lawn and is a blank canvass to work with would you wish to add more.

Directly behind the rear garden gate is the garage that comes with this property, it has eaves storage, power and light. In front is a tarmac driveway where you can park two cars in a tandem fashion if required.

I feel this is a great home that will be easy to move into. It has been rented non stop over the years. It will suit a wide variety of buyers looking for a home that's easy to manage and in a superb location.

eXp UK are the newest estate agency business, powering individual agents around the UK to provide a personal service and experience to help get you moved.

Here are the top 7 things you need to know when moving home:

Get your house valued by 3 different agents before you put it on the market

Don't pick the agent that values it the highest, without evidence of other properties sold in the same area

It's always best to put your house on the market before you find a property

The estate agent acts for the seller and is there to get the seller the best price possible

Understand the length of time it can take - 14 weeks from when you accept an offer, or have an offer accepted to move in! A long time!

It can get stressful, but speak to your agent and your solicitor and they will put you in the picture

Be nice to estate agents - we're pretty nice people, offer some great advice and will help to get you moved ;-)
