Chesters Commercial itself was established in 2014 having evolved from Humberts Commercial, which traded for nearly 20 years and under a franchise agreement with Chesterton Humberts. Harcourt Kerr specialised in Development Land and shared many attributes with Chesters Commercial so the merger was very much a meeting of minds.
