5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
My local area is quite good, we have a good range of shops, and a decent connection through public transport. The street is very quiet and peaceful, with fairly little traffic.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The little issues or uncertainties we've had so far have always been addressed by building management in an efficient manner, and providing us with any relevant information and reassurance.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
One thing I wish I had known of before would be just how well organised the building management is, and how well they address tenant concerns.

4Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Close to the train station. It's close to where I grew up. However, parking availability (free) isn't great, there can be some anti social behaviour as it's a town centre. Traffic noise isn't bad to be honest and there are some decent shops. But could do with some within the development.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yes. They've responded fast and they have cared. They fixed a leaking issue but also reassured us about an incident we had with a member of the public.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The neighbourhood. It can be a bit peaky at night. Also I would highlight that heating is really expensive and the flat doesn't seem well insulated

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The area is in a very accessible part of town. With many great local schools nearby including Ofsted rated ‘outstanding’. The local pub/restaurant is only a short walk away and very convenient routes into both Manchester and Liverpool.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yes, with regards to a dishwasher issue which has now been resolved
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
In the catchment area for great schools which is ideal

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
despite being close to town we are not bothered by noise or anti social behaviour and we do feel very safe in the apartment parking could be improved as we have a two bed flat and two cars but we’re unable to secure two car parking spots despite there being available spots at the time so we do have to pay a lot in on street parking which is not ideal
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
yes we’ve mentioned some issues in which we have had them resolved relatively fast
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
the cost of on street parking or alternative parking arrangements due to limited parking spots

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Lots of amenities locally, easy to get to public transport routes. Parking availability is low but plenty of on street or external car park parking
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Brilliantly, always sorted within a quick time! Never had any issues
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
There is nothing I can think of in regards to information I didn’t receive before I moved in, all info was given!
